Keycard, keypad and mobile credential entry systems

Access Control

Stop rekeying locks. Control who opens which door, when, and see the log of every entry.

What This Service Covers

Access control replaces keys with credentials you can issue and revoke instantly — cards, fobs, PIN codes or phone-based mobile credentials. When an employee leaves, you disable them in seconds instead of changing cylinders.

We install readers, electric strikes or maglocks, request-to-exit hardware, door position sensors and the controller panel, then wire everything back to your network. Schedules unlock the front door at open and lock it at close automatically.

All installs follow life-safety requirements: free egress, fire alarm release and proper signage on every controlled opening.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the power goes out?+

Every panel we install has battery backup, typically 4-8 hours. Door hardware is specified fail-safe or fail-secure based on that opening's fire and security requirements.

Can I use phones instead of cards?+

Yes. Mobile credentials are issued by email and work over Bluetooth or NFC. Most clients run a mix — phones for staff, cards for contractors and visitors.

Does it integrate with my cameras?+

On supported platforms yes: a badge event pulls up the matching video clip, so you can see who actually walked through the door.

Is it code compliant?+

We wire free egress and tie controlled doors into the fire alarm so they release on alarm, which is required by Wisconsin commercial building code.
