Standard response in Kenosha and Racine counties is 24-48 hours. Service agreement clients get same or next business day, with emergency dispatch available.
Will you service equipment you did not install?+
Yes, that is a large share of our work. We document what is there first so you know exactly what you own before spending on repairs.
Do you charge for the diagnosis?+
Diagnostic time is billed at the hourly rate, but it is applied toward the repair if you approve the work on the same visit.
Is there a minimum charge?+
One hour during business hours, two hours after-hours. Travel inside our core coverage area is not billed separately.
