Requests are not confirmed appointments
Submitting a booking, quote, call-back or service enquiry form starts a conversation — it does not by itself confirm an appointment. Your requested date and time slot are confirmed by our team, normally within one business day.
Pricing ranges and estimates
The pricing ranges published on our service pages are typical ranges for planning purposes only. They are not quotes or offers. Binding pricing is provided in a written estimate after we review the scope, site conditions, cable pathways and materials.
Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if the scope, site conditions or material costs change.
Scheduling, access and cancellations
You agree to provide safe, timely access to the work areas, power, and any building or landlord approvals required. Delays caused by access issues may be rescheduled or billed as additional time.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
Workmanship and warranty
Our installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion unless a different term is stated in your estimate. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware supplied.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, power events, network changes made by third parties, or environmental damage.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work may require a deposit, with the balance due on completion. Service calls are invoiced after the visit. Late balances may accrue interest as permitted by Wisconsin law.
Customer responsibilities and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of camera, access control and recording systems complies with applicable federal, Wisconsin, Illinois and local law, including notice and consent requirements for audio and video recording.
Reviews and submitted content
By submitting a review, testimonial or job photo you confirm the content is yours to share and grant us permission to publish it on this site. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove content at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
No security, network or surveillance system prevents all loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
